I had a fantastic experience with Richie and Kris. I purchased a Subaru Outback in excellent condition, and they were responsive, professional, and happy to answer all of my questions throughout the process. Although the vehicle had a few issues after delivery, they took full responsibility and promptly arranged for everything to be fixed. Since then, the car has been running perfectly. Richie Marshall was very friendly and informative with regard to our purchase of a Mercedes vehicle. More importantly he promptly honoured the warranty on used vehicles when we had to have a couple of fairly expensive repairs carried out. As we live over 500 klm from Sydney he had the work done for us over 3 days which saved us on accomodation and got us happily back on the road.
