Richie are professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Richie took the time to understand what I was looking for, answered all my questions, and never made me feel pressured. He also made the whole process smooth and stress-free, from the test drive to the final paperwork. 1 month agoI had a fantastic experience with Richie and Kris. I purchased a Subaru Outback in excellent condition, and they were responsive, professional, and happy to answer all of my questions throughout the process. Although the vehicle had a few issues after delivery, they took full responsibility and promptly arranged for everything to be fixed. Since then, the car has been running perfectly. I really appreciate their after-sales support and would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to buy a quality used car.

3 months agoKris and Richie were a pleasure to deal with in my trade in and purchase of a beautiful Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT. If anyone is after their dream car - I highly suggest you go and see these guys. The boys also organised warranty with the car and i recently had to make a claim. They were a great help and got it sorted stress free!

6 months agoI drove 500km to trade my old Camry on an excellent Subaru Outback. Very pleased. Kris and Richie were very friendly, efficient and helpful.
6 months agoSmooth and easy process. Kris was super nice and explained everything well. Went and seen the car on Sunday and was able to drive the car home with in a week no issues.

The guys were so helpful, Kris walked me through the paperwork & went so far out of his way to make the process easier for me. All questions & concerns answered & resolved, I can't rate them highly enough, I'll be recommending them to my friends & work colleagues. Thanks so much guys.

7 months agoRichie Marshall was very friendly and informative with regard to our purchase of a Mercedes vehicle. More importantly he promptly honoured the warranty on used vehicles when we had to have a couple of fairly expensive repairs carried out. As we live over 500 klm from Sydney he had the work done for us over 3 days which saved us on accomodation and got us happily back on the road.
7 months agoThe staff at this facility are incredible. Kris was incredibly honest, respectful and helped ensure that I was informed of everything I needed to know about the car I was purchasing. The process was easy and everything was explained as in depth as possible. Would absolutely recommend to anyone wishing to purchase or sell a vehicle.
